Woodrow Wilson (December 28, 1856-February 3, 1924), 28th President of the United States spent his boyhood (1860-1870) here in Augusta at the Boyhood Home of Woodrow Wilson on 419 7th Street Augusta, GA. The Reverend Dr. Joseph R. Wilson, Wilson’s was pastor of the 1st Presbyterian Church where the Centennial Observance was held.
