Scope and Contents

The issues themselves are not dated, but an article, "Talking Crop Stories With Andre Gallant," published at the Georgia Organics website, January 28, 2015 (a photocopy of which is included in this subcollection), claims that the first issue was made available in June, 2014. The second issue has a barcode/price sticker on the back cover from Avid Bookshop indicating that the issue arrived in December, 2014.

Biographical / Historical

Issue No. 1 and Issue No. 2, the first entitled, Blueberries, the second, Winter Squash. As the titles indicate, each issue focuses on a particular crop and largely consists of recipes making use of the crop.
