Documents pertaining to the Athens Community Council on Aging's participation in the Grassroots Arts Program, which led to the creation of The History of the Station, an oral history of the railroad station formerly located on Hoy Street. The Council attained ownership of the building in 1987 and restored it to use as their headquarters.
