The Dublin-Laurens Heritage Center strives to collect, preserve, and make accessible genealogical and historical information relevant to residents of the 5-county Oconee Regional Library System, including Laurens, Johnson, Washington, Treutlen, and Glascock counties. While an emphasis is placed on Georgia and those counties surrounding our service area, sources from other Georgia counties and surrounding states are also included in our collection. Our collection includes print books, microfilm, a collection of donated family and local histories, access to Ancestry and other online subscription services, digital access to the Courier-Herald archives, and an archival collection of 19th-century historical documents of Laurens County. We are a Family Search affiliate library.
